The latest snow water equivalent report from the Natural Resources Conservation Service shows the impact of the warmer weather on the snowpack in the Wind River Range. The SWE dropped from 110 percent of the median last week to 89 percent this week. Meanwhile, the Sweetwater River Basin SWE went up by three points to 155 percent of the median.
