LARAMIE, Wyo. (Nov. 11, 2019) – The Wyoming Cowboys (1-1 overall) open a four game home stand on Wednesday hosting Cal State Fullerton at 7 p.m. in the Arena-Auditorium. It is the first meeting between the two schools since the 2001 season. Cowgirls Erase 13-Point Deficit in 69-67 Win

(November 10, 2019) – The Cowgirls trailed by as many as 13 points in the first half of their game against Saint Mary’s, but they slowly chipped away and walked off the floor with a 69-67 win. LVHS, RHS seasons come to an end at State Volleyball

The Lander Valley Lady Tigers and the Lady Wolverines were in contention for third place at the state volleyball tournament in Casper in their respective divisions, but the Tigers dropped a 3-2 match to Pinedale to see their season end and the Class 4A Lady Wolverines made it into the third place game, but lost to Cheyenne East 3-0 to see their season end as well.

Wind River finishes as State Runner-up in Class 2A V-ball

After defeating Wright in 5 games, the Lady Cougars dropped a 3-0 decision to Sundance in the championship game of Class 2A Volleyball at the Casper Events Center. Wright came back to win Third Place with a 3-0 match victory over Glenrock.

Lady Tigers Roar to 4th Consecutive State 3A Title

The Lander Valley Lady Tigers ruled the Gillette Aquatic Center on Friday, easily outdistancing second place Buffalo by 68 points to capture their fourth consecutive state swimming and diving championship, 274 to 206 points. Lyman was a distance third at 173 points. Riverton finished seventh in the 12 team field with 83 points. The Lady Tigers Ashlon Koch is both the 100 Yard Butterfly State Champion and 500 Butterfly State Champion. LVHS’s Olivia Fowler earned the State Championship in the 100 Yard Breaststroke.
