The Riverton City Council Tuesday Night will meet in regular session to finalize an agreement with the Riverton Medical District on funding from the one-half percent economic development tax.
The council will also consider awarding a big for the Pershing Street Chip Seal Project. A bid for the project came in some $51,000 under the engineers estimate for the work. 71 Construction of Riverton was the low bidder.
The council will also consider on second reading an ordinance that would allow light manufacturing to occur in commercially zoned property and the council will consider a number of ordinances pertaining to animals within the city limits, including cruelty, animal control and animal ownership. The council will also hear a presentation from 307 Chariot and Cutter Racing.
The meeting is at the City Hall Council Chambers at 7 p.m.
