The Fremont County Commissioners took three hours Tuesday afternoon to comb through $1.9 million in requests from 30 non-profit entities hoping for a share of some $854,000 granted to the county for Covid-related public service reimbursement.
After reviewing each of the requests, they were given a priority rank and funding decisions were made on each. The funds were awarded on what reimbursement was sought. Some requests were reduced to make the budget, but none of the applicants received more than what they had requested.
First priority requests and funding were, in no particular order:
