A plea of not-guilty has been entered by Rachelle Lynch in Fremont County District Court in the death of Joshua Friday, who bled to death after being stabbed on October 8th. The Fremont County Coroner ruled on the cause of death after an autopsy. The coroner’s verdict also revealed the 22-year-old Friday was intoxicated at the time.

Lynch, 21, was charged with two counters of manslaughter, including one count in which she “unintentionally but recklessly” killed Friday and the other count that she killed him “voluntarily in a sudden heat of passion.”

Judge Marvin Tyler ordered Lynch to remain in custody with a $100,000 bond. No trial date was set.
