Temperatures will be chilly today, warming Tuesday

The National Weather Service Forecast Office at Riverton Regional Airport is predicting some cloudiness today with clearing in the afternoon.

Most highways in Central Wyoming are slick to slick in spots with black ice reported between Moneta and Waltman on US 26 and blowing snow between Waltman and Casper.

Veterans Day
– Mostly cloudy through mid morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 28. Northeast wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the morning.


Tonight – Mostly clear, with a low around 6. Wind chill values as low as -5. Calm wind becoming south southwest around 5 mph after midnight.


Tuesday – Increasing clouds, with a high near 49. Wind chill values as low as -5 early. Southwest wind around 6 mph.
