The Fremont County School District #25 Board of Trustees meet in regular session Tuesday night at 7 p.m.
Among the items on the agenda are School Improvement Plans for Frontier Academy and the Riverton MIddle School. Trustees will also be asked to approve the sale of the former Lincoln Elementary School for $135,000 to the Northern Arapaho Tribe.
The trustees will also be asked to approve the receipt of two Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) grants from the Federal Government in the amounts of $841,000 and 6,781. IDEA Federal Special Education Entitlement Grant provides funds to ensure that eligible students with disabilities receive a free and appropriate public education that includes special education and related services designed to meet their individual needs in the least restrictive environment.
The Riverton High School Homecoming week activities will also be reviewed. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
