A third person involved in a March 19th incident in the 1500 block of East Monroe of Riverton has been bound over to Ninth District Court on a charge of Conspiracy to commit unlwful entry into an occupied structure. The charge was lodged against Troy Thomas Fasthorse. He appeared before Circuit Court Judge Wes Roberts on April 17th.
Two other Fremont County men, 32-year-old Guy Fabian Soundingsides and 38-year-old Samuel Francis Whiteplume were also individually charged with felonies in connection the incident, along with a fourth person who has yet to appear. According to a court affidavit, the individuals allegedly kicked in the door of a mobile home at 3:53 a.m. and assaulted individuals inside the home, before leaving. Soundingsides and Whiteplume were earlier bound over to District Court for trial.
