Tuesday night was a big night for Savanah Rayne Frymier as she received her High School Diploma from Fremont County School District #25’s Frontier Academy.

School officials recognized Frymier as a “phenomenal” student. The RHS senior was carrying both a full load at both Riverton High School and Central Wyoming College while working full time and living on her own. It was reported she soon became overwhelmed and was thinking of dropping out at mid-semester. That’s when Frontier Academy stepped in and helped her work through the semester.

Although Frymier is now a graduate, she’s still at Frontier Academy to complete one more class to qualify for the Hathaway Scholarship Program.

In Savanah’s own words, “When I started at Frontier I did not want it to give it a try, I had already stopped going at RHS and I was ready to drop out. But with encouragement they enrolled me (at Frontier) and gave me a chance to  finish. The staff there was extremely supportive and helped me finish.  I would not have the Hathaway opportunity without Frontier. Thanks to all. “
