Riverton Police Daily Report

Riverton Police were called 26 times on Wednesday through Thursday morning. Police responded to Smith’s Food and Drug where it was reported a group of four people filled a backpack with items and fled the store. A report is pending.  A vehicle stolen in Rock Springs was recovered on at Main and North Federal after it was reported driving erratically at 5:46 p.m. Wednesday.  A vehicle reported stolen from the Wind River Reservation was recovered by Riverton Police in the 100 block of North 7th East. A resident on the 1100 block of East Washington reported someone entered their home and took items while they were working in the garage.
