Wet Nose Wednesday Featured Pets

These local pets are looking for a loving place to call home!

From the Lander Pet Connection let us introduce Josie the Dog and Mary-Kate and Ashley the Cat!

Call Lander Pet Connection at 330-5220 or see our website www.landerpets.org for more information on this program designed to reduce the number of unwanted animals in our area.

annieSomewhere along the way, Annie missed the memo that she is a cat, not a dog or a human! Forget any skittish kitty stereotypes, this gal loves to hang out with her foster family, their young son and their dog! Annie was abandoned at an area vet and is in a foster home because she will do best in a home as the only cat. She is about eight years old and an adorable tortoise kitty with an orange tipped tail. Annie is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations and her adoption fee is $85. Since she is not in our facility, please email us at adoption@landerpets.org to arrange a time to meet this outgoing, affectionate kitty!
kiraMeet Kira! She is a Doberman mix, approximately 1 year old. Kira was found wandering outside of Riverton’s city limits on January 18th. Kira decided she wanted to check out Lander so she caught a warm ride with a kind citizen. Kira definitely likes to play and go on walks but she is pretty mellow for a one year old pup! She is great with other dogs and kids. Kira is up to date on her vaccinations, spayed and her adoption fee is $85.

From Riverton “Paws for Life” here’s Lulu the Dog

Call Paws for Life at 857-6002 or online at www.pawsforliferiverton.org

Andrea dogs 4-2-15 088Lulu is an adorable and playful 1 year old Labrador Retriever mix but is having troubles finding a home just because she is a black dog. Lulu loves other dogs and would be a great companion for another active dog. We had a volunteer take Lulu on a 5k run where she did fabulous and really enjoyed the exercise, people and fun environment. Lulu needs an active owner and will not be satisfied just sitting in a yard all the time. If you need a walking, hiking or jogging partner then Lulu is your girl! She is also great around kids and will be an extremely fun dog to have around. Lulu’s adoption fee is $80.00 which includes the spay, vaccinations, de worming and micro chip.
