HOME INVASION SUSPECT ENTERS PLEA AGREEMENT

gavel graphic, blued(Lander) – A man originally charged with five felonies related to a Lander home invasion back in December has entered a plea agreement that will result in a sentence of 5-7 years in prison.

Mark Eishnnicher pleaded guilty this week to one count of Unlawful Entry into an Occupied Structure related to the incident where two people inside the home were severely beaten.

In exchange for the plea, two counts of Aiding and Abetting Aggravated Battery, Burglary, and Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Battery were dismissed.

Four other defendants in the case are still facing potential prosecution.
