It was a historic night in Fremont County underneath the lights in Shoshoni, as they played host to #1 Cokeville. The #5 Wranglers would score on the opening kickoff , as Wyatt Ramsey found the end zone for Shoshoni to start things off with a bang. A 12-0 score at half time would eventually result in a 19-0 victory for Shoshoni over Cokeville. The victory was just the 2nd win against Cokeville in program history, and their first since 1994. Cokeville meanwhile, had not lost to a 1A West opponent in 42 games, going back to 2008.
Riverton defeated the #3 Powell Panthers 29-27 , scoring all 29 of their points in the first half and fending off the Panthers in the second half. Thermopolis got their first win of the season with a 46-14 victory against Wright. Wind River lot to Riverside 42-14 and Wyoming Indian received a forfeit win against Burlington. In 6-man , it was dubois losing to Farson-Eden 70-2 and St. Stephens fell to H.E.M. 95-25.
