gavel(Riverton) – A Riverton man charged with felony Possession of a Deadly Weapon has been bound over to Lander’s Ninth District court.

John Hatch, 42, is accused of threatening a neighbor on October Sixth with a pistol he allegedly fired in the air and continues to be held on a $50-thousand bond.

Also in Lander’s Ninth District Court last week, Benjamin Stanley of Pavillion entered a plea agreement where he pleaded guilty to a felony charge of Influencing, Intimidating or Impeding an Officer and misdemeanor Driving Under the Influence.

The agreement involves deferred prosecution and the proposal has been taken under advisement.
